How to train right not waisting valuble time at the gym

Hello, my name is Aviram Trachtenberg and for years I was unmotivated, felt chronic fatigue and ended my days in front of the screen with snacks, sound familiar? What annoyed me the most was the fact that I was doing fine, I ran several times a week, I was very active in my job (about 10,000 steps a day) as a researcher and still did not see results and was left with only the dream of getting rid of the execcess weight. I invested hours running that did not made me loose weight and may have even harmed my health. During COVID pandemic I discovered a new type of training that promises that with 15 minute workout, twice a week it is possible to maintain health and fitness and live in a strong, beautiful and healthy body for a long life. The promise seemed too good to be true and I was Skeptical. However, to my surprise after three months and with a few changes to my diet, I lost 10 kg and from an overweight person I became an athlete.
