Health Coaching (Holobody & 10X)

Our motto: "You don't want to control your body but have a relationship with it."

Hello, my name is Aviram Trachtenberg, I have always been interested in health, nutrition and fitness and so I graduated in food engineering from the Hebrew university and doctorate in health sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the negev. But despite all the formal education, I was not able to apply the physiological changes needed for a healthy body.

With the outbreak of the corona, I was exposed to Mindvalley, one of the best schools in the world for personal development and I changed completely as a result. so what happened? Health-wise I am 20 kg less, full of energy, in a shape I have never been before and experienced improvement in all areas of life. I was so excited about what I was able to achieve for myself, that I decided I wanted to bring these achievements to others. So I became a health coach of the new Holobody method that aims to improve health by connecting to the body and understanding that the body is our vehicle in this life and is invaluble to keep it healthy.

In addition, I was certified as a 10X coach which is a physical training method that focuses on strengthening the muscles using very short training sessions of 30 minutes a week.

The methods are suitable for anyone who wants to change their health, of course in case of any known disease otr illment, one should consult a physician before doing what adviced.

?Who is it for

Women and men who want to change their health and want full support. The clients I am interested in working with are adults who want to maximize their physical potential by changing their perception of what it takes to do so.

?Why me

I am a living example of how health can be changed in a short period of time. I came from the extreme of how to produce food at the industry in masses and make people want to eat it (and often food that is not good for them) to bringing people to proper and healthy eating. I have years of experience teaching in large groups and individually at the university
